Problem we solved
In the aviation industry, customer experience is a major factor. The main idea behind designing this platform was to help all its customers avail the best user experience and save their time while travelling.
This platform is specifically designed to optimize check in operations, luggage handling and scanning operations.
Major Challenges
- Designing flows for a completely new air travel check-in process
- Optimising tracking luggage while travelling, which in general is a tedious task.
Process
Design
The interface design features a sophisticated navy blue and orange color palette, creating a balance of professionalism and vibrancy. The use of gradients adds depth and modernity, while 2D airplane-themed graphics reinforce the travel-centric nature of the platform. The design prioritizes user convenience, with clear navigation, well-structured sections, and highly interactive elements.
The home screen offers users quick access to key functionalities, such as uploading e-tickets or manually booking a service. Flight and baggage details are presented in a clean, organized layout, ensuring users can input and review information effortlessly.
For real-time updates, a status dashboard tracks luggage progress visually, integrating a map view and timeline to enhance transparency and user trust.
What we achieved
- We delivered an intuitive and visually engaging interface that transforms how users interact with travel logistics. The integration of real-time tracking, seamless booking workflows, and aesthetic elements ensures a user experience that is both functional and delightful.
