Problem we solved
A comprehensive CRM platform designed for the stone trading industry, we addressed the challenge of digitizing traditionally manual processes like email-based trading, WhatsApp communication, and paperwork, transforming them into an efficient, user-centric digital workflow.
Major Challenges
- The project was highly data intensive, there were multiple reports, documents and receipts.
- Coming up with a system which could easily accommodate this with the ongoing process
- The conversion of in-transit inventory to live inventory had many redundancies which had to be reconfigured to create a seamless flow.
Process
Design
Implemented a robust search functionality, simplifying navigation within the vast CRM system and enhancing user efficiency.
Designed intuitive side sheets for action items, ensuring clean screens with minimal distractions while enabling quick access to detailed workflows when needed.
Focused on modular design to provide seamless interaction across various roles, catering to inspectors, sales teams, and other specific users.
For UX design, we started with brainstorming and mind mapping techniques & for UI design keeping in mind the brand guidelines provided a unique digital experience. We built a prototype based on all the aesthetic design of all visual elements.

Our prime focus was to build a product that offered a smooth interface. This platform offers its users access to major modules such as inventory, purchase, sales, finance and production. There were several stages in the conversion of in-transit inventory to live inventory. To make the flow seamless, we had to find a way to discard the redundant stages.
