Problem we solved
E-settlement that involves funds could be very challenging. We developed this app from scratch to ensure that users could settle their payments via Plaid and Checkbook.
The app displays an interactive dashboard for financial advisors and users. This app is built using high-end technologies and offers high-end encryption for all of its users.
Major Challenges
- Designing flows for a completely new fintech concept from scratch
- Designing multiple complex modules for internal and external use cases
- Implementing several algorithms from scratch
- Integrating institutional 3rd party Fintech APIs
Process
Design
Breaking Traditional Process Streamlined the traditionally time-consuming insurance claim process by enabling instant fund transfers to users’ accounts, ensuring immediate financial support during emergencies.
Complex UX
Ultimately, the application was designed in a way that it provides immediate financial relief for users in critical situations like the loss of a family’s breadwinner, we solved complex user needs by creating a seamless, intuitive platform for insurance claims and payout customization.
What we achieved
- Highlighted the vault system as a standout feature, offering users the ability to manage and customize large payouts into periodic installments with simple, intuitive controls.
- Bottom-sheet shortcuts providing one-tap access to key sections like the vault, ESA (Emergency Support Assistance), and settings.
- A collapsible notification panel for quick updates.
- Designed a vault system for users to schedule and customize payouts, empowering them to manage their finances flexibly and efficiently.
