Stonovation

Stonovation is an enterprise product in the supply chain space for the stone industry. This specific platform aims to help stone businesses combat the technological challenges and allows its customers to handle business related activities using software solutions.

PROBLEM

Major Challenges

  • The project was highly data intensive, there were multiple reports, documents and recipts.
  • Coming up with a system which could easily accomodate this with the ongoing process.
  • The conversion of in-transit inventory to live inventory had many redudancies which had to be reconfigured to create a seamless flow.

Our prime focus was to build a product that offered a smooth interface. This platform offers its users access to major modules such as inventory, purchase, sales, finance,and production.

There Were several stages in the conversion of in-transit inventory to live inventory. To make the flow seemless, we had to find a way to discard the redundant stages.
